Kansas City Scott Gallagher Mission & Vision:

Kansas City Scott Gallagher Soccer Club strives to be the best club in the country and to positively impact our community.

The club is built on the tradition of playing the beautiful game with technically efficient players and teams. Players are encouraged

to respect all aspects of the game including parents, coaches, opponents, referees, and facilities. 

We want players to play the game with passion, yet have humility in everything we do. We believe we are stronger together and

promote unity in our club, our teams, and our community.

5 Shield Values: THRU-Passion:
To further guide our conduct as players, coaches, parents and fans, KCSG has established Shield Values. The five (5) Shield Values are:

Tradition

To create a legacy and pride through the badge for our families based on a core set of values that unifies our club culture,

through a holistic approach to be passed through generations to positively impact our community.

Humility

To develop our character with internalized confidence where we take pride in accepting our strengths and weaknesses with

respect and grace as we represent and improve our badge in the community.

Respect

To hold ourselves to a higher standard with reverence, compassion and empathy as we treat others, facilities, and

community in the same ways that we want to be treated. We will leave each situation better than when we arrived.

Unity

To invite, welcome, and cultivate an environment where each person has the desire to come together to create

a collaborative pathway to success. We have the mindset that “We” is stronger than “Me”.

Passion

To channel this powerful emotion of vibrant energy from deep within that creates the power to link each of us to our vision and pursuit of excellence.
