What do you do in your free time?  I coach High School Soccer so not a lot of free time. Enjoy live music & sporting events.

What is your favorite Shield Value and Why?  PASSION: Nothing gets done without buying in and putting your heart and soul in it.

Why do you Coach for KCSG?  Solid structure. I truly believe in the Shield Values that we have at KCSG.  Particularly Passion and Respect.  A good portion of my Coaching Philosophy is - We must hold players accountable for their own development.  I try and teach my players to play with Passion and be "All In" along with respecting the game, their teammates and their plan.  By doing so, players push themselves and their teammates to higher standards.  Players respect each other enough to challenge each other in the training environment to maximize their development. Proof is in their results.
